What can be included

A scope shaped around your property.

Homeowners approaching handover, recently moved into a new build or ready to replace the temporary builder-grade yard.

  • +Front and backyard scope planning
  • +Turf, garden beds and planting
  • +Screening and boundary softening
  • +Entry paths and practical access
  • +Staged works around driveway and fencing
  • +Handover photos and aftercare guidance

The ON approach

Modern landscaping needs more than good-looking plants.

The result has to work with levels, access, exposure, maintenance and the architecture already on site.

We clarify what stays, what changes and what needs specialist coordination before the job is scheduled. That produces a cleaner quote and fewer surprises during delivery.

Useful answers

Questions before you enquire

When should I contact you during the build?

Early enough to discuss access, levels and timing, but ideally once the external works and handover program are reasonably clear.

Can landscaping start before the house is handed over?

Sometimes, but only where builder access, safety, insurance and site responsibility are clear. In many cases it is cleaner to schedule immediately after handover.

Can the front and backyard be staged?

Yes. Many owners complete the most visible or urgently needed areas first, then schedule the remaining work as a second stage.
