When should I contact you during the build?
Early enough to discuss access, levels and timing, but ideally once the external works and handover program are reasonably clear.
Can landscaping start before the house is handed over?
Sometimes, but only where builder access, safety, insurance and site responsibility are clear. In many cases it is cleaner to schedule immediately after handover.
Can the front and backyard be staged?
Yes. Many owners complete the most visible or urgently needed areas first, then schedule the remaining work as a second stage.
